ISLAMABAD: The district administration has decided to install M-tags on motorcycles. Citizens will be able to obtain M-tags quickly, along with their bikes, ownership documents, and identity cards.
In a message posted on the social media platform X, the Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad announced that the M-tag service for motorcycles will be available at 13 designated locations across the city. Citizens can have the tags installed in just five minutes at these points.
The administration has made it clear that legal action will be taken against anyone riding a motorcycle without an M-tag. Officials state that the goal of this initiative is to enhance security in the city and help prevent crime.
Citizens are urged to cooperate with the district administration by installing M-tags on their bikes as soon as possible.
