Medical experts have found a major and surprising reason for the increasing cases of heart attacks in young people, which is directly related to lifestyle and sleep.

A recent study conducted at the University of Oulu in Finland has revealed that not getting enough sleep and not sleeping on time is becoming the main cause of the increase in heart diseases.

During this study, researchers observed thousands of people for more than 10 years, the results of which show that people who sleep less than eight hours a day or are accustomed to staying up late at night have a double risk of heart attacks and strokes compared to other people.

Experts say that as modern life is increasingly moving away from healthy habits, diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease are no longer limited to the elderly but are also rapidly affecting young people.

According to research, delayed sleep and lack of sleep have negative effects on the immune and cardiovascular systems of the human body, which can ultimately prove fatal. To avoid this dangerous situation, cardiologists have advised that young people should regularize their exercise, sleep, and wake-up routine. For a calm and better sleep, it is important to stop using mobile phones, laptops, and other screens at least an hour before going to bed.

In addition, by avoiding tea and coffee after 4 pm and reducing the consumption of chili spices and fried foods at dinner, the risk of a heart attack can be significantly reduced.
