ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has advised citizens on how to lodge complaints if they face difficulties or confusion regarding required documents at NADRA centres or zonal boards.

In a recent public advisory, NADRA said applicants should not remain silent if they are unclear about documentation requirements or unable to understand instructions provided by staff.

Under NADRA policy, citizens have the right to request written clarification from the relevant officer about the documents required to obtain a particular service.

If the concerned officer fails to provide the required written guidance, applicants can lodge a complaint through NADRA’s customer service channels.

Citizens can submit their complaints through the NADRA complaint management portal at nccms.nadra.gov.pk or contact the authority via email at csd@nadra.gov.pk.

NADRA has encouraged applicants to use the official complaint channels to seek clarification and address documentation-related issues.
