Gold prices are again witnessing a major cut in domestic and international gold markets up to Rs 10000 per Tola reaching the prices to 539962 Rupees.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, gold per tola in Pakistan has fallen by Rs 10,000 to Rs 539,962, while the price of 10 grams of gold has fallen by Rs 8,573 to Rs 462,930. The price of silver per tola has increased by Rs 100 to Rs 9,004. On the other hand, gold per ounce in the global market has fallen by $ 100 to $ 5,172.
After the US and Israel attacked Iran, gold prices in the global gold market broke all previous records on February 28 and crossed the psychological threshold of $ 5,400 per ounce.
This volatility caused difficulties for jewellers and manufacturers, which in turn affected sales and silence prevailed in the markets.
