KARACHI: Gold and silver prices increased in local and international markets after a one-day pause, according to the Sarafa Association.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs2,800 to reach Rs440,636.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2,401 to Rs377,774.
According to the Sarafa Association, gold prices in the international market also recorded an increase, with the price per ounce rising by $28 to reach $4,181.
Meanwhile, silver prices also went up in the local market. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs108 to reach Rs6,256.
