BALOCHISTAN: Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, and police continue to carry out the joint Operation Shaban against militants in Balochistan, with security forces intensifying both ground and aerial operations.
The sources said security forces are conducting effective operations against Fitna al-Khawarij militants across the region, targeting their hideouts through coordinated air and ground actions. According to security officials, the latest operations have resulted in the confirmed killing of four more militants, bringing the total number of militants killed during Operation Shaaban to 83.
Security sources further stated that since July 05, a total of 121 militants have been killed in Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations conducted across Balochistan. Officials said the ongoing campaign has inflicted heavy losses on militant groups and reaffirmed that Operation Shaban will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated from Balochistan. Security forces remain committed to restoring peace and stability in the province through sustained counterterrorism operations.
