Lahore Traffic Police has explained an easy procedure for citizens to appeal against incorrectly issued e-challans, allowing motorists to challenge disputed tickets online without visiting a traffic police office.
According to Lahore Traffic Police, citizens who believe they have received a wrong e-challan can challenge it through the online review facility available on the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) portal.
To file an appeal, motorists must first visit the official e-challan website, echallan.psca.gop.pk, and enter the required information. Once the e-challan appears, applicants can review its details and verify that it is the ticket they believe was incorrectly issued.
After identifying the disputed challan, applicants can click on the “Review” option to initiate the review process. They must then follow the instructions provided on the portal, submit the required information and file their review request online.
The relevant authorities will examine the complaint, and applicants will be informed of the decision once the review process is completed.
Citizens facing difficulties with the online procedure can contact Lahore Traffic Police at 0322-5638888 for assistance and guidance.
