MARDAN: Hoti and Toro police stations collaborate to solve a murder case, leading to the arrest of the main suspects.

According to reports, following instructions from the District Police Chief, the Hoti and Toro police stations worked together to investigate a blind murder case involving a body wrapped in a sack. They utilised modern scientific techniques and professional methods during their inquiry.

Investigators discovered that the victim, Luqman, son of Sahibzada and a resident of Ala Dad Khel, was allegedly killed by his wife, Ms. Neelam, along with co-accused Ms Shaista, wife of Jamshed, and Jalil, son of Abdul Wadood. After the murder, the body was sealed in a sack and disposed of in a mill.

During the operation, police arrested Ms Neelam and Ms Shaista. They also recovered the murder weapon, a hammer, along with narcotic pills and a cup, based on their identification. Efforts are ongoing to locate and apprehend the co-accused, Jalil. A case has been filed against the arrested individuals, and further investigations are underway. The Mardan Police are committed to bringing those involved in serious crimes to justice using modern investigative methods. They will continue their efforts to establish law and order without discrimination.
