Apple has announced it will hold a special launch event on September 9 at its headquarters in Cupertino, California to unveil new iPhone models and Apple Watch models.

The event will begin at 10:00 PM Pakistan Time. Media invitations sent out feature the tagline “Awe Dropping” along with a glowing Apple logo. Analysts expect Apple to unveil new iPhone models and Apple Watch models at the event. This could also include the company’s first-ever folding iPhone. Earlier this week, Apple also announced new Mac mini and Mac Studio models, with shipments set to begin from September 22.

The event is also expected to see the debut of “Siri AI” — a new version of Siri. The upgraded assistant will use advanced large language model technology, allowing Siri to work more effectively across apps including Messaging and Calendar.

This will be Apple’s first major launch event under John Ternus as Chief Executive. Current CEO Tim Cook will step down on September 1 to take on the role of Executive Chairman of the company.
