NIGERIA: A tragic plane crash in Nigeria has claimed the lives of all 32 people on board, foreign media reported on Monday.

According to an international news agency, the military aircraft crashed in Ondo State, Nigeria. There were 32 people on board, including 25 passengers and 7 crew members.

The plane was flying from Benin City to Lagos when it crashed yesterday. All persons on board died in the crash. According to the news agency, an investigation into the plane crash is underway.

 The cause of the crash has not been determined yet. President Expresses Grief: Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the accident. In his statement, the President said, “This is a painful moment for our armed forces and the entire nation. Our Air Force personnel risk their lives every day to ensure the safety of Nigeria. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.”

The President extended condolences to the families of the victims and ordered authorities to provide full support to the affected families. Rescue teams reached the crash site and recovered the bodies. The wreckage of the aircraft was destroyed. This is one of the deadliest military aviation accidents in Nigeria in recent years.
