Petrol, Diesel Prices Drop as Govt Announces New Rates

ISLAMABAD: The government has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products, providing some relief to consumers.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has been reduced by Rs3.56 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs404.97 per litre.

The price of petrol has also been cut by Rs2.27 per litre, with the new rate set at Rs389.03 per litre.

The revised prices will be applicable from September 29.
