PESHAWAR: The Bank of Khyber (BoK) has announced several new job opportunities in Peshawar, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Kohat, Duki and Karachi.
According to the bank’s latest hiring notices, vacancies are available for Head Digital Fraud Detection & Investigation Department, Head Taxation Department, Officer Money Market Unit – Treasury Operations Department, Officers Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), Officer Procurement, Business Development Officers (Contractual), Relationship Manager – Retail and Branch Operations Manager.
For the Head Digital Fraud Detection & Investigation Department position, candidates must have at least graduation, while a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a relevant field will be preferred. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in digital fraud detection, prevention, investigation and reporting in the financial services industry. The position is based in Peshawar and is offered at up to VP grade.
The Head Taxation Department position is also based in Peshawar. Candidates must have Graduation, CA-Inter, CA-Finalist, CA, ICMA or ACCA (Qualified) and at least eight years of audit or finance experience. Preference will be given to candidates with taxation experience in a financial institution or audit firm.
The bank is also hiring an Officer Money Market Unit – Treasury Operations Department in Karachi. Candidates must have at least graduation and two years of relevant experience in treasury operations, with knowledge of money market operations, foreign exchange and settlement processes within a bank. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic banking experience. The position is offered at up to OG-I grade.
For Officers Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), the bank requires a master’s degree in Business, Finance and Banking, or CA-Inter, CA-Finalist, CA, ICMA or ACCA (Qualified). Candidates should have one to three years of audit, finance or compliance experience. The position is based at the head office in Peshawar and is offered at up to OG-I grade.
For Officer Procurement, candidates must have at least graduation and two years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in banking or financial services. The position is based in Peshawar and is offered at up to OG-I grade.
The bank has also announced Business Development Officers (Contractual) in Peshawar. Applicants must have at least graduation and one year of sales or marketing experience in the financial industry. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic banking experience. The position is offered at up to OG-III (OC) grade.
The Relationship Manager – Retail position is available in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Candidates must have at least graduation and three years of retail or consumer finance sales experience in a bank. Preference will be given to candidates with credit or financing experience in banks, DFIs or leasing companies. The position is offered at up to OG-I grade.
The Branch Operations Manager position is available in Kohat and Duki. Candidates must have at least graduation and two years of branch banking operations experience in a bank. The position is offered at up to OG-I grade.
