PESHAWAR: The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has opened admissions for its two-year Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma Programme for the 2026-28 session.
The programme is being offered through PHSA’s public health schools across the province, with eligible female candidates invited to apply.
According to the admission schedule, applications must be submitted by October 8, 2026. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs600 and submit the completed application form along with the necessary documents.
PHSA has scheduled entrance tests for shortlisted candidates at designated public health schools on October 15 and 16.
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates with a Matriculation in Science and at least 45% marks are eligible to apply. Applicants must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as part of their science subjects.
Candidates with FSc Pre-Medical and a minimum of 45% marks can also apply, subject to the prescribed age, domicile and merit requirements.
PHSA will compile merit lists based on the eligibility and selection criteria outlined in the official admission notice.
