ISLAMABAD: Gold prices recorded another sharp decline in Pakistan and international markets on Tuesday, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association.

The price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs4,000 per tola, bringing the price down to Rs449,336. The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs3,429 to Rs385,233.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remained unchanged at Rs6,802 per tola.

In the international market, gold prices dropped by $40 per ounce to $4,268, reflecting continued downward pressure on the precious metal.

The latest decline comes amid a broader fall in gold prices in both domestic and global markets.
