Hot and humid weather is expected across most plains of the country, while rain, wind, and thundershowers are likely in isolated areas of upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Potohar region, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.

In Islamabad, the day will remain warm and muggy with chances of isolated thunderstorms and light rain during the day and night. The maximum temperature is expected to range between 31°C and 33°C, while the minimum will stay around 26°C.

Due to high humidity levels of 65% to 83%, it will feel like 38°C. Light easterly winds of 4 to 8 mph are likely. The Met Office has recorded a very high UV index of 9 for today, with sunrise at 5:40 AM and sunset at 6:35 PM.

Meteorologists have advised citizens to stay hydrated, avoid direct sun exposure during peak hours, and keep an umbrella handy. Similar conditions are expected to continue in Punjab and Sindh plains, while scattered showers in northern areas may bring some relief but could also cause slippery roads in hilly regions.
