ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is preparing to expand its cabin crew as the national airline gets ready to add new aircraft to its fleet, in a move aimed at strengthening its operations ahead of the upcoming induction.

The scheduled recruitment drive for cabin crew positions based in Islamabad and Lahore, with an application deadline of August 31, 2026. The airline is hiring fresh and experienced applicants as part of fleet expansion and operational revamping

The newly appointed cabin crew will perform their duties on new aircraft and on new routes. Interested candidates must apply online and upload an updated CV along with a recent photograph. Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old at the time of application. They must also hold a bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification from a recognised institution.

Previous experience in an airline, hospitality business or another service industry will be considered an advantage. However, the advertisement does not make previous work experience mandatory. Applicants with valid flying authorisation will receive preference during the recruitment process.

Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage, particularly for applicants interested in working in an international airline environment. PIA is also looking for candidates with strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a service-focused attitude.

The minimum height requirement is 160 centimetres for female candidates and 168 centimetres for male candidates. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official PIA careers portal. They can also access the application page by scanning the QR code provided in the official recruitment advertisement.

Applicants must complete the online form and upload an updated CV along with a recent photograph. All personal, educational and contact details should be checked carefully before the application is submitted. PIA has not mentioned an offline application method in the advertisement. Candidates should therefore use only the official online channel and submit their applications by 31 August 2026.
