PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Health Department has decided to strictly implement its two-year transfer policy in administrative and non-medical sectors and has sought lists of employees who have been posted at the same station for two years or longer.

In a letter issued to the Director General Health Services, Director General of the Public Health Services Academy (PHSA), and Director General Drugs, the department directed the officials to conduct a comprehensive review of all employees working under their administrative control.

The officials have been asked to submit complete lists of employees who have remained posted at the same station for two years or more, enabling the department to initiate transfers under the two-year transfer policy.

The Health Department has also sought a negative list of employees against whom complaints, departmental proceedings, adverse service records or other negative factors have been reported during their service.

The move is aimed at ensuring implementation of the transfer policy and improving administrative efficiency within the department.
