Port of Spain: Pakistan secured a convincing eight-wicket victory over West Indies in the second Test after a dominant bowling performance and a comfortable chase on the fourth day.

The spin bowling attack of Pakistan bowled out the West Indies batsmen for 117 runs in the second innings. Both Sajid Khan and Ali Usman were instrumental in this collapse as they took four wickets apiece in the process.

The West Indies side started its second innings on day four at 103 for six, however, they could only manage to score 14 more runs as their last wickets collapsed quickly. Opening batsman Brandon King did not come to bat because of a back injury.

Setting a victory target of 75 runs, the batting lineup of Pakistan comfortably achieved the target and lost just two wickets to win the Test match.

It is worth mentioning here that this match proved to be a platform for the excellent bowling performance of spin bowlers of Pakistan and Sajid Khan proved to be a star performer of the match.
