Bank Alfalah has opened applications for its ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program 2026, offering paid internship opportunities to university students across Pakistan.
The six- to eight-week internship is designed to give students practical work experience in the banking sector. Interns will work with experienced professionals on real projects and learn how different departments operate, including finance, technology, customer services, marketing, human resources, and digital banking.
Students currently in the third year of an undergraduate degree at an HEC-recognised university can apply. The program is open to students from a wide range of fields, including business, finance, economics, computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science, marketing, human resources, mathematics, engineering, and other related disciplines.
Applicants should have a good academic record, strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn. After the application deadline, shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in the selection process, which may include online tests and interviews. Final selection will be based on academic performance, skills, and interview results.
