PESHAWAR: Earthquake tremors were felt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other parts of the country, causing fear and panic among the people; however, no losses to human and property were reported.
According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake was 215 kilometers in depth and 5.4 magnitude on the Richter scale. The earthquake was also felt in Islamabad and parts of the Punjab areas. The epicenter of the earthquake was Afghanistan.
