Gold prices rose again last year, with gold becoming Rs 1,300 per tola more expensive today.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country has risen to Rs 4 lakh 76 thousand 162 with the increase. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs 1,115 to Rs 4 lakh 8 thousand 232.
According to the association, the price of gold in the world market rose by $13 to $4,538 per ounce.
