Google is further expanding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in its popular email service Gmail.

A new AI inbox feature has been introduced for Gmail at the company’s annual developer conference, after which users will be able to use emails not only by typing but also by voice.

According to Google, this new feature has been introduced under the name Gmail Live, which will be based on Gemini AI, with the help of which users will be able to get the required information from hundreds of emails in their inbox very quickly.

Through this feature, flight details, doctor appointments or important information related to any email can be obtained in a few moments, which were previously searched for by typing keywords or email addresses in the search box.

According to the company, Gmail Live has the ability to answer users’ voice questions as well as understand and answer follow-up questions, however, despite this, the traditional search feature will also remain and will not be eliminated.
