A newly declassified memo reportedly linked to the Federal Bureau of Investigation has revived global curiosity around unidentified flying objects after claiming that alien beings once contacted humans to prepare them for future landings on Earth.
The document is part of a broader release of historical UFO-related files by the United States government. The United States Department of War has released a second batch of files related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) as part of an ongoing declassification effort.
The files include historical intelligence reports and memos dating back several decades, aimed at increasing transparency around government-recorded UFO sightings and claims.
One of the most notable documents is an FBI memo dated January 12, 1955, which includes testimony from a member of the Detroit Flying Saucer Club, one of the earliest UFO organizations in the United States.
The memo was recorded as an “airtel,” an older form of communication used by FBI agents before modern digital systems were introduced.
According to the testimony recorded in the document, a man named Randall Cox claimed that extraterrestrial beings had contacted him directly.
He stated that the alleged aliens described humans as the “lowest form of universal existence” and suggested that all other planets had already conquered space travel except Earth.
The memo further claims that the extraterrestrial beings described themselves as friendly toward the United States. They reportedly said the purpose of their communication was to prepare humanity for future visits or landings on Earth.
Despite the extraordinary claims documented in the memo, there has been no verified evidence of extraterrestrial landings or confirmed alien contact on Earth since 1955. Experts and official records continue to classify such reports as unverified or anecdotal.
