ISLAMABAD: A significant decline in gold prices has been observed in bullion markets across the country on Monday, bringing good news for buyers.

According to the All Pakistan Bullion Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has decreased by Rs 3,800, now standing at Rs 479,962. Meanwhile, the price of gold per 10 grams has fallen by Rs 3,257, bringing it down to Rs 411,490.

In addition, silver prices have also dropped, with silver per tola becoming cheaper by Rs 100, now priced at Rs 7,914.

The downward trend in gold prices is also evident in the global market, where the price of gold per ounce has decreased by $38, now valued at $4,576.

Experts suggest that the decline in global prices is impacting the local market, contributing to the ongoing fluctuations in the prices of both gold and silver.
