Five people were killed and many injured after a roof collapsed in a tragic accident in the Hajia Gali area of Abbottabad.
According to rescue sources, 4 people have been pulled out of the rubble in injured condition and were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
The deceased in the accident include 4 girls and a woman, while a woman is undergoing treatment in a serious condition. Rescue teams are still busy searching for more people under the rubble.
According to local citizens and rescue sources, the sudden collapse of the roof spread panic in the area, and residents in many houses became frightened.
Rescue sources said that the condition of the injured is critical and they are being provided immediate medical assistance. The government and local administration have announced to provide immediate assistance to the affected families.
