Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has replaced the governor Sindh and appointed senior politician Nehal Hashmi as the new Governor of Sindh.

According to Media reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Nehal Hashmi at the PM’s house in Islamabad and congratulated him on being appointed as the governor Sindh.

Also, the media reported that a summary has been submitted to the president of Pakistan for approval for the replacement of Sindh governor on Thursday.

Kamran Tesori was a governor for Sindh province from the Mutahida Qaumi Movement Party (MQM) and served as governor for over two years.

Nehal Hashmi is a former senator and a senior lawyer from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
