MUZAFFARABAD: Indian forces once again violated the ceasefire agreement along the Line of Control (LoC) on Saturday, resorting to unprovoked firing in Neelum Valley.
According to officials, Pakistani troops responded effectively, targeting Indian positions in retaliation.
Following the incident, Indian forces also fired small arms at forward posts in Leepa Valley. The Pakistan Army returned fire, causing disruption at several Indian posts.
Authorities said unprovoked violations continue to be met with a strong and proportionate response.
