LAHORE: Twin sisters from Kasur have surprised everyone by achieving exactly the same marks in their matriculation examinations conducted by the Lahore Board.

The twins, Areeba Imran and Hadiya Imran, daughters of traffic warden Imran Munir, grew up in the same household, received the same upbringing and studied together. Their hard work produced an equally remarkable result, with both sisters securing 1,183 marks out of 1,200 in the Lahore Board matriculation examinations.

What is particularly special about the accomplishment of these twins is that they took their examinations in different examination centers that were some kilometers away from each other. The numbers of both students were also very much different; Areeba had 112143 while Hadiya had 113757.

Despite all that these twins had to face, they scored exactly the same number of points.

The fact that these sisters have scored equally has made their academic success more impressive, as both of them scored great points and matched each other’s scores perfectly.

Areeba Imran said the sisters studied together and devoted the same amount of time to their studies.

“We studied together and gave the same amount of time to our studies. But getting exactly the same marks is truly amazing,” she said.

She added that their examination centres were several kilometres away from each other, making the identical result even more surprising.
