PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has issued a notification for the transfers and postings of 11 judicial officers in the province.
According to a notification issued by the Human Resource Management Department, Nasrullah Khan Gandapur, who is awaiting appointment in the Peshawar High Court, has been appointed as Judge Consumer Court Peshawar, Muhammad Naseem, Judge Labour Court Peshawar, and Muhammad Arshad, Judge Consumer Court Karak.
Ehsanullah Khan Mehsud has been relieved of his post as Judge of the Consumer Court Karak and directed to report back to the Peshawar High Court. According to the notification, Fazal Sattar, who is awaiting appointment in the Peshawar High Court, has been appointed as Judge of the Consumer Court Malakand and Ziaul Haq, Member Judicial Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal Peshawar.
Similarly, Member Judicial Service Tribunal Peshawar Mrs. Rashida Bano, Judge Consumer Court Malakand Miss Kulsoom Azam and Judge Labor Court Peshawar Miss Farzana Shahid have been summoned to the Peshawar High Court.
Furthermore, Nusrat Naz, who is awaiting appointment to the Peshawar High Court, has been posted as Judge Special Task CNS in Nowshera, while Bakht Alam will continue to hold the post of Judge Labor Court DI Khan.
