HAGNU: A tragic shooting incident in the jurisdiction of the city police station in Hangu district has left two people dead and one seriously injured, according to police sources.
The incident occurred near a Tablighi center, where two groups reportedly opened fire on each other. Authorities stated that the individuals involved were close relatives.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the clash stemmed from a minor domestic dispute that escalated into a violent confrontation, ultimately leading to the use of firearms.
Upon receiving information about the incident, a heavy contingent of police rushed to the scene and shifted the deceased and the injured to a nearby hospital. Police have launched raids to apprehend the suspects involved in the shooting.

A 4-year-old innocent girl lost her life, and two others were seriously injured in the firing of unknown persons in the Hasni Darashah Surani area of Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Rescue 1122, teams reached the spot as soon as the information was received, and the body of the deceased girl and the two injured were immediately shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
Hospital sources say that the injured are being provided medical assistance.
Police officials say that, according to initial investigations, the incident appears to be the result of long-standing enmity; however, the scope of the investigation has been expanded to find out the real reasons.
Immediately after the incident, the accused managed to escape from the scene, and the police have started a search operation and search in the area to arrest them.
