CHARSADDA (Umar, Alaf Khan Sherpaw): Three members of a family were shot dead after a heated exchange of words on Takht Bhai road in Charsadda on Sunday, a police official said.
According to the police, the firing incident took place on Sunday evening over a petty dispute where three people, including a father and his two sons, were reportedly killed, and one person was injured.
The deceased were hailing from Bajauryanu Kaly Charsadda. The dead bodies and injured persons have been shifted to a nearby hospital.
The preliminary reports suggest that Subkhany and his two sons lost their lives in the shooting, and another person was injured and his status is said to be critical.
Police, however lodged a First Information Report (FIR) and started further interrogation into the deadly incident.
