After a one-day break, gold and silver became more expensive in the gold markets with Rs 4600 per Tola of 24 Karats.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, 24-carat gold per tola became more expensive by Rs 4,600 to Rs 476,362, while the price of ten grams of gold increased by Rs 3,944 to Rs 408,403. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs 94 to Rs 8,153, while in the international market, gold per ounce increased by $ 46 to $ 4,540.
Last monday Gold dropped Rs 1,700 per tola locally vs previous day, but international gold is up $14 to $4,494/ounce. So while local rates dipped slightly, global gold is trading higher.
