ISLAMABAD: To enhance the quality and availability of services in passport offices, a decision has been made to ensure citizens receive fast, transparent, and dignified assistance.

DG Immigration and Passport, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, visited the Regional Passport Office in G-10 Islamabad to thoroughly evaluate the facilities offered there.

During his visit, he personally met with citizens, listened to their concerns and complaints, and directed the relevant officers to address these issues immediately.

Muhammad Ali Randhawa also monitored the cashless system implemented in the office and expressed satisfaction with its effective execution.

He emphasized that the use of modern technology is not only increasing transparency but also providing greater convenience for citizens.

The DG reiterated the commitment to further improve the quality of services in passport offices to ensure that citizens receive fast, transparent, and dignified facilities.
