KALAT/MASTUNG: At least 25 terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan and six linked to Fitna al-Khawarij were killed during “Operation Radul Fitna 3” conducted by security forces in the Kalat and Mastung areas of Balochistan.
According to the sources, special units conducted operations in the early hours of Saturday following a “special lead” against suspected militant hideouts in Marrap, Khaliqabad, and Pandaran in Kalat and Khadkucha in Mastung.
During the operation, a total of 19 militants affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan were killed, and five others were critically wounded. Six militants affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij were also reported killed, while two others were injured. In Marrap, Khaliqabad, 12 militants described in the statement as members of Fitna al-Hindustan were killed. Three to four others were critically injured, while the hideout was reportedly destroyed.
At Lehr in Pandaran, five militants affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij were killed, and one to two others were reported injured. The bodies were being shifted towards the eastern side of Lehr and that the hideout had been destroyed. Another militant affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij was reportedly killed at Jurr, Pandaran, with the body also being shifted towards Lehr.
In Khadkucha, Mastung, seven militants were reported killed and two injured. The statement said the hideout there was also destroyed. The operation was described as part of “Operation Radul Fitna 3.” According to security sources, the operations in Kalat and Mastung were carried out based on actionable intelligence. During the operations, several terrorist hideouts were targeted, resulting in the deaths of the terrorists present there.
Under Operation Rad-ul-Fitna 3, security forces are conducting operations against terrorist elements in various areas of Balochistan.
