ISLAMABAD: Analyst Hammad Hassan has stated that the rumors regarding a rift between the establishment and the government are unfounded. He reassured that both the economy and security are on the right track, with significant projects on the horizon.
Hassan emphasized that the government and the establishment are in agreement, and that the main issue lies with the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) party and its founder, Imran Khan, who are inciting protests and chaos. He noted that the country is making positive strides, largely due to the effective coordination between the government and the establishment.
He dismissed the speculation about differences between the two entities as baseless, reiterating that they are aligned on national priorities, which include economic recovery and security.
Hassan added that there is positive progress being made in both the economy and security, along with several major development projects expected to commence soon. Furthermore, he highlighted that the current political instability is primarily a result of the protests and agitation led by the PTI and Imran Khan.
In conclusion, Hassan stressed that the government and the establishment are united in their approach to governance and the nation’s stability, and that any reports of division are merely speculative and lack a basis in reality.
