KARACHI (Junaid Shah): Rashid Naseem is set to become the first player in Pakistani history to achieve 150 individual Guinness World Records.

According to the official data and the Guinness World Records website, no one other than Rashid Naseem has completed this remarkable feat of 150 world records.

Rashid Naseem recently broke the world record previously held by England’s Josh Laia, which involved performing 333 punches while holding a one-kilogram weight in his hands. Naseem achieved an impressive 340 full-extension punches on target in just one minute.

Additionally, Guinness World Records approved two more records for Rashid Naseem during this occasion. One unique achievement involved throwing an egg into the air to break a walnut and then catching the egg. Rashid Naseem successfully broke the German master’s record by smashing a walnut 80 times in one minute, surpassing the previous record of 72, all while ensuring the egg remained intact.

In another achievement, Rashid Naseem set a new record in the non-weight category. He successfully threw a nunchaku in the air and caught it with the other hand 36 times, significantly exceeding the target of 18 catches set by Guinness World Records.

Rashid Naseem received a confirmation email from Guinness World Records, which has released all details on its website. As of 2025, Rashid Naseem holds the highest number of approved world records in Pakistan, with 31 records. He previously set 28 world records in 2024 and marked his 150th record in honour of Palestine.

Despite his accomplishments that have brought international attention to Pakistan, Rashid Naseem has expressed disappointment at not receiving official recognition from the government yet. He has defeated opponents from India more than 40 times and has also set records in China, America, England, Iran, and Switzerland.

Rashid Naseem now holds the most records for punch categories in the world, along with achievements in breaking, knee strikes, martial arts kicks, sticks, nunchaku, skipping, and jumping jacks.
