The local residents have demanded that concerned authorities take stern legal action against the individuals who constructed the project using sub-standard material.
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been claiming that development projects are fast-tracked and being strictly monitored for their quality of work, but this video and similar incidents in the near past show a different picture.
