MANSEHRA: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited the home of Lieutenant Colonel Gul Faraz Shaheed in Mansehra, who was martyred while leading security forces during the operation against Fitna-al-Khwarij in Bannu.
During his visit, the Prime Minister met with the martyr’s family members, including his mother, wife, and children, and offered prayers for him. He also visited Lt. Col. Gul Faraz Shaheed’s grave and recited Fateha.
The Prime Minister prayed for the elevation of Lt. Col. Gul Faraz Shaheed’s status and for patience and strength for his family. He acknowledged that Lt. Col. Gul Faraz Shaheed sacrificed his life for the protection of our beloved homeland and set a high example of courage and bravery.
The Prime Minister expressed that the entire nation, including himself, is proud of its martyrs and their families and emphasised that the Pakistani nation will never forget their sacrifices. He assured that the government and the Pakistan Army will take full care of the martyr’s family.
Additionally, the Prime Minister announced the establishment of a Danish school in Mansehra in honour of Lieutenant Colonel Prince Gul Faraz Shaheed.
Federal Ministers Attaullah Tarar, Engineer Amir Muqam, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, Advisor to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah, Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, and Shahji Gul Afridi were also present during the occasion.
