PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court has dismissed two additional district and sessions judges from their posts after violating the code of conduct.
According to the Peshawar High Court, Additional District and Sessions Judge Mudassar Shah Tirmizi was dismissed from his post, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Sheikh Afzal was also dismissed from his post. Both judges have been dismissed from their posts for violating the code of conduct. Action was taken against both judicial officers after the inquiry was completed.
Besides them district and Sessions Judge Hafiz Naseem Akbar resigned from his post on his own.
