ISLAMABAD: The government has once again increased the prices of petrol and diesel, dealing a fresh blow to consumers.
The Petroleum Division has issued an official notification detailing the revised fuel rates.
According to the notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 4.42 per litre, bringing the new price of petrol to Rs. 380.24 per litre.
Similarly, the government has raised the price of diesel by Rs. 6.10 per litre, setting the new price at Rs. 409.42 per litre.
As per the notification issued by the authorities, these newly revised petroleum prices are effective for September 15.
