QUETTA: Pakistan is set to host its first-ever International Football Training Camp in Quetta, marking a historic milestone for the country’s football development. The two-week camp will take place from January 26 to February 6.

The training program will be conducted by a team of six international football experts from the Steven Gerrard Football Club in Liverpool, UK, a club recognized among the world’s top football institutions.

The visiting coaches will offer modern professional training techniques aimed at improving player skills and raising overall football standards in Pakistan.

Participants in the camp will include two football teams from North and South Balochistan, the Women’s Football Team of Balochistan, and the Pakistan Army Football Team. The inclusion of women athletes represents a significant step toward promoting gender inclusion and the growth of women’s football in the region.

Officials believe that this international collaboration will play a crucial role in nurturing local talent, enhancing coaching standards, and strengthening Pakistan’s presence on the global football stage.

The camp is expected to inspire young athletes throughout Balochistan and contribute to the long-term development of football in Pakistan.
