PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced key transfers and appointments in the provincial administration, assigning new responsibilities to two senior Grade-20 officers.
According to an official notification, Hazara Division Commissioner Fayyaz Ali Shah (PMS Grade-20) has been transferred and appointed as the Secretary of the Health Department with immediate effect.
Fayyaz Ali Shah was previously serving as the Commissioner of Hazara Division, based in Abbottabad.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Anwar Khan (PMS Grade-20), who was awaiting posting in the Human Resource Management Department, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Housing Department.
The latest reshuffle is part of routine administrative changes aimed at improving governance and strengthening the performance of key provincial departments.
