Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has alleged that the provincial government violated orders issued by the Islamabad High Court.

In a statement, Kundi said the use of an official government helicopter during the long march amounted to a violation of the Islamabad High Court’s directives.

He said the matter of Chief Minister Sohail Afridi’s alleged use of the official helicopter was also discussed during his meeting with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi at the Governor House today.

Meanwhile, PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa spokesperson Shaukat Yousafzai said he was unaware of whether the chief minister travelled by helicopter or vehicle. I have had no contact with the chief minister today, Yousafzai said.
