PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government on Wednesday announced the transfer of six judicial officers. A formal notification has been issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Establishment Department detailing these changes.
According to the notification, District and Sessions Judge Ajmal Khan Wazir, who is awaiting an appointment to the Peshawar High Court, has been assigned as the Judge of the Consumer Court in Dera Ismail Khan. Judge Irshad Ahmed Khan, previously serving as Judge of the Consumer Court in Dera Ismail Khan, has been appointed as Judge of the Consumer Court in Nowshera. Additionally, Judge Zainab Rehman from the Consumer Court in Bannu has also been transferred to the Consumer Court in Nowshera.
Furthermore, District and Sessions Judge Samira Wali, who is also awaiting appointment to the Peshawar High Court, will serve as the Judge of the Consumer Court in Bannu. District and Sessions Judge Sadia Andleeb has been designated as the Judge of the Consumer Court in Kohat. Lastly, Judge Shakirullah Khan, who was serving in the Consumer Court in Nowshera, has been reassigned back to the Peshawar High Court.
