There are multiple job and permanent residency opportunities in Canada, for which visa applications have been invited from Pakistani citizens and people from other countries.
Canada has invited skilled professional citizens of Pakistan and other countries to apply under its Express Entry immigration system, which will be selected on the basis of specific categories.
Canada is currently looking for people in the fields medical doctors and researchers, Senior managers with work experience in Canada, speaking workers, Health and social service workers, Skilled individuals, Teachers, Science, technology, engineering and mathematics professionals and Transportation professionals.
The purpose of these specific rounds is to select candidates who are best suited to Canada’s needs. This is done by looking at the candidate’s language skills, work experience in a specific field, and educational qualifications.
The Canadian government announces these categories in advance so that eligible candidates can prepare their applications on time. Candidates must meet the general Express Entry requirements as well as the specific requirements for their category. Once selected, candidates must submit an Express Entry application within just 60 days. The fee for Permanent Residency is 575 Canadian dollars.
