GENEVA: Geneticist Richard Horvath claims that scientific advances in biological clock research, together with rejuvenation studies, will enable humans to achieve 150-year lifespans in the near future.

During an interview, Horvath explained that people will eventually reach 150-year lifespans, which will become a normal part of human life. However, he added that it is difficult to predict when this will happen exactly.

Horvath went on to say that the scientists who study the advances of biological age reversal have shown that people can live up to 150 years. He expressed complete confidence that scientific advancements will eventually create these future possibilities.

Researchers can study longevity because scientists created precise biological age measurement tools, according to Horvath’s explanation. The discovery allows scientists to identify whether treatments succeed in reversing aging or only manage age-related medical conditions.

Horvath stated that researchers need an accurate method to assess aging before they can establish whether a treatment succeeds in extending human life.

Battling obesity, indigestion, weak bones? try fennel milk this winter

Fennel has long been regarded as a beneficial and healing seed, rich in Vitamin C, potassium, manganese, iron, folate, and fiber. When combined with milk, it offers remarkable health benefits. According to nutrition experts, fennel is nutrient-dense, and when paired with milk, its advantages are significantly enhanced.

During the winter months, fennel milk not only provides energy but also helps address various health issues. Fennel is packed with essential nutrients, including Vitamin C, iron, potassium, manganese, folate, and dietary fiber. It also possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties, which help protect the body from illness. Experts note that fennel improves digestion and aids in maintaining balanced stomach function.

Nutritionists explain that the fiber in fennel speeds up metabolism, assisting in calorie burning. As a result, fennel milk is considered beneficial for those looking to lose weight, as it can reduce appetite and curb unnecessary cravings.

For individuals suffering from indigestion, constipation, or bloating during the winter, fennel milk can be particularly helpful. The natural oils in fennel strengthen digestion and relieve stomach discomfort.

Additionally, both fennel and milk are rich in minerals. Fennel contains potassium, calcium, and magnesium, which help regulate blood pressure. Meanwhile, the calcium, Vitamin D, and phosphorus found in milk strengthen bones and alleviate joint pain.

To make fennel milk, add half a glass of water to a cup of milk and bring it to a boil. Once the milk begins to boil, add one teaspoon of fennel seeds and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Afterward, allow the mixture to cool slightly and drink it warm.
