PESHAWAR (Kamran Ali Shah): Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Peshawar has granted bail to an accused individual involved in the murder case of the renowned religious scholar Mufti Munir Shakir.
The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Wali Muhammad Khan, who presided over the bail application of the accused, identified as Yasin Ahmed.
According to the prosecution, the accused was allegedly involved in the killing of the prominent scholar. However, during the proceedings, the court found the evidence presented against the accused to be insufficient.
Following the arguments, Judge Wali Muhammad Khan accepted the application and ordered the release of Yasin Ahmed on bail.
