According to the ministry spokesperson, payments made through the Hajj Digital Portal have so far generated Rs52.5 billion in first-instalment collections.
The ministry said 30,000 seats under the long Hajj package have already been booked, while 23,500 seats remain available.
The government has introduced three payment channels through the Pak Hajj App and Hajj Portal to facilitate pilgrims in depositing their dues.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has urged intending pilgrims to complete their personal details and payments on the Hajj portal at the earliest.
Officials cautioned that bookings for Hajj 2027 under the 40-day package will be closed once the required number of pilgrims is reached.
The ministry advised prospective pilgrims to complete the payment process promptly to secure their places under the government’s Hajj scheme.
