ISLAMABAD: The government has reduced the price of petrol while increasing the price of diesel, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.
Under the revised prices, petrol has become cheaper by Rs2.93 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs395.37 per litre.
Meanwhile, the price of diesel has been increased by Rs0.61 per litre, taking its new rate to Rs396.35 per litre, according to the notification.
Sources said the revised prices of petroleum products will be effective from October 13.
