The price of gold in Pakistan has decreased by Rs 7,100 per tola, following a sustained rise in recent days that was influenced by ongoing fluctuations in the global market.
According to the local Sarafa Association, the new price for gold per tola is Rs 486,962, while the price for 10 grams of gold has dropped by Rs 6,087, bringing it to Rs 417,491.
This significant decline in prices within Pakistan is largely attributed to a decrease in gold prices on the international market, where the price per ounce has fallen by $71, now totaling $4,642.
Additionally, silver prices have also experienced a downward trend. The price of silver per tola has decreased by Rs 350, resulting in a new price of Rs 7,634.
